Wentbridge House is the ideal venue for you if you're considering a Charity Dinner or Fundraising event. We are committed to working with our charity partners and value the tremendous hard work and efforts carried out by charity organisations every day.

The Crystal Suite will seat up to 130 guests in comfort and the Leatham Suite is the perfect reception area for a welcome drink. 

We're delighted to offer a special Charity Package which is flexible, can be tailored to your needs and will help achieve a successful event for your chosen cause.

Our package includes:

A welcome glass of fizz

Three course set meal with coffee and Wentbridge chocolates

Complimentary room hire

Private bar with 5% of the bar takings at your event donated to your charity

Printing of table plan and menu cards

Dedicated event manager

Complimentary bedroom for the event organiser

Discounted bedrooms for your guests

Donation of a raffle prize from Wentbridge House

We will promote your event on our website and social media to help raise awareness


From £30.00 per person

A minimum number of 80 guests is required and the maximum booking lead time is 6 months before the date of your event.

A deposit of £200 is required to confirm your booking with final payment 1 week prior. The package is subject to availability.
