Conference Delegate Rates
For meetings of 8 or more, we've put together day delegate and residential delegate rate packages. Room Hire only rates are available on request for half or full days should you decide not to take advantage of our inclusive packages. The rates below are our published tariffs including VAT, however these are negotiable subject to availability and for regular guests.
24 Hour Residential Delegate Rate £150.00
- Overnight Accommodation – single occupancy in a double bedroom including full Yorkshire breakfast and morning newspaper
- Mid-morning Coffee with energising Smoothie shots and Cereal Bars
- Buffet or Two Course served Lunch with Coffee (special dietary requirements can be accommodated on request)
- Afternoon Tea with Biscuits
- Three Course Market Dinner menu with Coffee
- Main Meeting Room Hire
- Complimentary Accommodation and Breakfast to partners sharing a delegate’s bedroom, with food and beverage charged as taken
- Still and Sparkling Water
- Seasonal Fresh Fruit
- Free use of Wi-Fi in all Meeting Rooms, Public Areas and Hotel Bedrooms
- Free use of the local Fitness First Gym – 10 minutes away by car
From £150.00 per person inclusive of VAT (Monday – Thursday), from £110.00 per person (Friday – Saturday)
From £95.00 per person inclusive of VAT on Sunday evening – The meeting can take place on the Sunday or Monday

- Buffet or Two Course served Lunch with Coffee (special dietary requirements can be accommodated on request)
- Afternoon Tea with Biscuits
- Still and Sparkling Water

- LCD Projector and Screen

Meeting Rooms at Wentbridge House are always equipped with Delegate name cards, notepaper and pens, projection screen, daily newspapers, sweets, a flipchart stand and marker pens and pad.
