Bar Team Members – Full & Part-Time caret-down

We are looking for professional, friendly & enthusiastic Bar Team Members to join our award-winning team.

Our teams are the key to our success. Ideally you will have worked in a bar or restaurant before, have a ‘can do attitude’ and a passion for delivering great drinks, cocktails and an excellent guest experience.

We are looking for part-time or full-time Bar Team Members who have the personality and commitment to thrive in this role and interact with our guests.

You should be available to work evenings & weekends as well as a variety of shifts, which can be scheduled around your commitments and lifestyle.

We are currently recruiting Waiting Staff to join our dedicated and passionate team at Wentbridge.

Our teams are the key to our success. Working closely with our kitchen team, your role will include serving fresh, seasonal food and drinks to our guests in a friendly and professional manner, while following our high standards of service & hospitality – ensuring our guests expectations are constantly exceeded and that they have everything they need.

You must be trustworthy, reliable and flexible, friendly with a ‘can-do’ attitude and able to work as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a similar environment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.

Receptionist – Full & Part-Time caret-down

We are currently looking for a Full & Part-Time Receptionist to join our passionate and successful team.

Candidates should be friendly, attentive and passionate about delivering excellent customer service to meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

Greeting guests with a warm welcome

Checking guests in and out of the hotel

Carrying out day to day banking ensuring all floats are correct

Answering telephone and email enquiries promptly

Liaising with all departments of the Hotel to ensure everyone has the correct daily information

Helping maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Reception area

Qualifications and Skills – Successful candidates should:

Have the ability to work calmly and well under pressure

Have an outgoing, confident personality and superb attention to detail

Should be reliable and smartly dressed

Have a good approach to team work

Benefits:

Additional Information:

Shifts vary from 7am until 3pm or 3pm until 11pm midweek and 8am until 4pm or 4pm until 12am at weekends.

Hotel Cleaner caret-down

We are currently looking for a hardworking Hotel Cleaner to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team. This is a part time, casual role working up to 16 hours per week, including weekends.

Our Housekeeping Team is the back bone of our hotel operation. Working closely together, our team ensure that our hotel is perfectly presented at all times. They take great personal pride in doing a great job – looking after our house as if was their own.

You must have excellent attention to detail, be self motivated and organised. The right person needs to be willing to learn, be well presented, be comfortable working as a team and individually and have a strong work ethic.

You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and have fun in a fast paced and dynamic restaurant, bar and events space.

You must be completely trustworthy, reliable, presentable, have high standards and a passion for food and drinks. This is a supervisory role and you will need to be flexible with the dates and times you are able to work.
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or bar environment is essential for this position.
