Wentbridge House Hotel is just half a mile from the A1 and only 4 miles south of the M62/A1 interchange. This beautiful Yorkshire Hotel fronts The Great North Road, and due to its location is very popular with people searching for hotels in Doncaster, Pontefract, Wakefield, Selby, Barnsley and Leeds. Wentbridge is a picturesque little village in West Yorkshire, situated less than a mile from the North Yorkshire boundary. The village gets its name from the Great North Road’s bridge which straddles the River Went. Entrance to the village is down a steep valley which was bypassed in 1961 thanks to the construction of one of Europe’s largest viaducts.

From the A1(M) take the B6474 exit towards Wentbridge. Turn left onto Wentedge Road (B6474) and after approximately 0.5km turn right onto B6474 before taking the first left onto Wentbridge Lane.
The nearest train station is located in Pontefract less than a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The nearest major station is Doncaster which is approximately a 20 minute drive away.
Robin Hood Airport is the closest airport to the hotel in is just 30 minutes away by car. The nearest international airport is Leeds/Bradford which is 40 minutes from Wentbridge.
