We love Christmas here at Wentbridge and after not being able to welcome you last year, we’re determined to make our Christmas celebrations bigger and better than ever.
The halls will be decked, the trees dressed and whether you’re cosying up by the log fire with a winter warmer, popping in for afternoon tea, partying in one of our event rooms or staying with us over Christmas, you’ll enjoy the warmest welcome and the lovely festive comforts of our Yorkshire Country House.

Festive Dining
Spend the most wonderful time of the year at Wentbridge! We’ve created deliciously Christmassy menus, selected the perfect wines for the season and prepared those finer details that make your celebrations all the more special.
Get dressed up and treat yourselves to a delicious lunch or dinner with your close friends and family. Spoil yourselves this Christmas and let us do the hard work for you!
Our private dining rooms are also available if you’re looking to dine with your own group.
Winter Wonderland
With a roaring log fire and beautiful Christmas decorations, Wentbridge House certainly sets the scene for your festive afternoon tea. Plan something to look forward to, meet friends and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea with a seasonal twist. We will also be serving our ‘Proper Yorkshire’ and Children’s afternoon teas throughout the Christmas period.
Served from 29th November to 30th December (excluding 24th, 25th & 26th December) between 12noon & 5pm. Weekend timings may vary, so please check before making your reservation.
Festive afternoon tea is priced from £21.95 per person. Add a glass of warm spiced mulled wine for £5 per person.
Seasonal Stays
Escape the busy run up to Christmas and enjoy a relaxing break away in the Yorkshire countryside including a half bottle of Nyetimber English sparkling wine, Molton Brown gift, delicious dinner, Yorkshire breakfast and a good night’s sleep! Available on selected dates throughout December.
We also have a two-night stay over the Christmas period, making Wentbridge your home away from home for a magical Christmas experience.
Choose to stay with us over the New Year and enjoy our Black Tie House Party or a more peaceful celebratory dinner with our New Year’s Getaway break.
Celebrate in Style
Join our fabulous Yorkshire Christmas Party night on Friday 10th December.
Get your friends, family or work colleagues together for an evening of fantastic festive food, fizz and entertainment. A glass of chilled Prosecco welcomes you to Wentbridge followed by a delicious three-course dinner, then dance the night away to our DJ.
